We helped Friends of Loudoun Mental Health (FLMH) develop a forward-thinking strategic plan to guide its expansion over a three-year period. FLMH was ready to grow by providing more to its clients and expanding coverage, and it was also considering adding new services. Under a non-profit consulting grant,
we undertook a dynamic process to interpret needs, set direction, and acquire resources needed to implement its strategy.
