Michael has 25 years of experience consulting to government, businesses, and non-profits. He has worked for top firms such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and SRA International, and held executive and senior-level positions with the State of Georgia and NASCO, among others. His expertise includes strategy, organization, people, and change, with special interests in leadership development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). He has supported a variety of clients, internally and with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society, the US Dept. of Agriculture, the DC Chamber of Commerce, the US General Services Administration (GSA), and more. He has an M.A. from the University of Akron, and a B.A. from Muehlenburg College.
