I started Snowflake to help organizations better serve the people who depend on them. My Catholic faith guides this journey, underpins our mission, and guides everything we do.
We help clients overcome challenges and realize their potential. As a Certified B Corporation®, we're driven by our clients' missions. Our expertise is affordable and accessible.
Our team comprises former senior-level, top-tier consultants and leaders from across sectors and industries. Our perspectives and approaches come from working with over 300 clients in 25 years.
