Securing the Clinic's Future
This Fredericksburg-based free and charitable clinic faced the impending loss of a major income stream, posing a threat to services and, potentially, its existence. There were several different paths the organization could take, and it needed objective information to choose one that could best support its plans, with acceptable risk. We studied and compared the requirements, feasibility, costs, and benefits of the options, and guided and advised the board to assure it made the best decision for the clinic's future and its patients' well-being.
