We worked with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington (CCDA) to develop a five-year vision for helping people in need in communities across the diocese. Through focus groups, Snowflake collected and analyzed data on demand for services as well as internal conditions, and also advised CCDA executives on services and support for outlying areas as the organization set a course for sustainability and expansion through 2025.
