Encore Elite Partners (EEP) owned Go Blue Ridge Travel, Taste of the Blue Ridge, and Kids Trail, which serve as gateways to a wide range of activities across the Blue Ridge Mountains and the surrounding region. We analyzed the three organizations to help determine sustainability, profitability and potential, guided EEP in deciding which entities on which to focus, and developed a forward-thinking strategy to strengthen performance of the selected businesses.
