We helped Project Horse Empowerment Center (PHEC), a Virginia-based non-profit that helps people with depression, anxiety, social skills deficits, and related issues, grow and develop its Board of Directors. Then down to three members, we collaborated to develop a picture of the ideal board for PHEC's needs, and recruit and equip qualified candidates, so they can effectively lead the organization to a sustainable, successful future.
