Snowflake Consulting’s new Non-profit Leadership and Governance (NLG) Program is designed to strengthen non-profit boards and their relationships with Executive Directors and stakeholders. We ran a pilot version for Virginia free clinics under a grant program. Now, we're offering it to all non-profits in the US and Canada. Pricing for this first iteration is heavily subsidized and on a sliding scale to maximize opportunities to participate.
The program is offered as a "cohort" model giving six non-profits the opportunity to get together during five 90-minute sessions and subsequent follow-ups to build better boards alongside with their peers. Participants will develop have individualized Action Plans and get the information they need to implement. Program cost includes up to three board members and the Executive Director (we strongly recommend representation from both leadership elements.

Our next step is this broader offering, open to all non-profits, providing full benefits to participants while allowing us to learn and refine program format, content, etc. for future groups.
