Tom has 25 years of experience helping organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors develop visionary strategies, address critical issues, and become more cost-effective. He focuses on strategy, organization, people, and marketing. Formerly the leader of Deloitte's Federal Organization Strategies (OS) Service Offering, Tom also held senior roles with BearingPoint, Inc., and helped guide major change in the US homeland security apparatus. He has worked with more than 125 clients of a variety of sizes, across industries, and around the world, from non-profits to multi-lateral organizations, governments, and businesses. He has a B.A. in International Relations from Delaware, and an M.A. from Maryland.
