We helped the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) redesign its Office of the CIO, to reduce risk, strengthen project management, increase efficiency, and improve customer service. We employed an innovative, iterative, scenario-driven approach to define and test a new, ITIL-based organizational structure and corresponding workflows, and helped the agency adapt to change and prepare to transition staff to a new way of doing business.
